I am located in the My Salon Suites in West Cary. 2739 NC-55, Cary, NC. Suite 202.
When you arrive, use the call box in the lobby to dial: 202 then press the green bell button to ring my room so that I can remotely let you inside. (The interior doors to the main building remained locked 24/7 for safety and security).
My studio is in the front and to the right as soon as you enter the building. Its large windows allow you to see my studio from the street, and give us awesome light.

Color appointment times vary based on the length and density of your hair and the type of service being received. Detailed work and thorough processing time are the main steps in the low-maintenance color process. It takes being high maintenance in the salon to have low-maintenance natural-looking hair at home.
Dimensional Color & Blonding Packages take on average 3-4+ hrs and Mini Maintenance Color Appointments & Studio Faves Appointments take 1-3 hrs on average.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy: please allow 48hrs notice before the start time of your appointment to avoid a last-minute cancelation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the services scheduled.
Late policy: more than 15 minutes late may result in us not being able to perform all the scheduled services or in having to completely reschedule the appointment for another day in which the previous policy applies.
Refund policy: all sales are final. No refunds on any services or products purchased through Kristen Roumanis studio. Kristen guarantees delivering her best work at each appointment and to take the time to always blended color results and always ensures the client’s happiness, however, she does offer complimentary adjustments should you feel that a technical mistake was made (ex: uneven cut, color splotch/bleed) please contact Kristen within 72hrs of appointment with any issues.

When you go get your hair done you will feel so taken care of, not only during the appointment but before and after as well. Never had a hairdresser give me such detailed advice and instructions to reach my personal hair goals! She takes the time to really make your hair have that blended, natural look and takes into account what the state of your hair is and where you want to take it. Once again - absolutely recommend her and her services. Once I move away I would even consider taking a plane ride to get my hair dyed by her!
